: Thank you everyone who came out to our Polo Club Spring Invitational last Saturday, it was an absolute blast and we shall have more of those to come. Polo on the Prairie is this weekend, so if you would like to see some awesome outdoor polo, come check it out or ask questions of us if you want more information. : We will be having our Polo Club Spring Invitational, also known as our Spring Fundraiser, on Saturday, April 24th, week after next. It will be amazing; live music, silent auction, food and, of course, polo for entertainment. Transportation will be provided; it's free to join into the fun, but bring money if you'd like to take some things home with you. The preliminary chukker begins at 3:00pm; the real match between UT and Dallas is at 4:00pm, so stick around for that! We will be selling our merchandise there as well, so do not miss out! : Welcome to a new year with the University of Texas Polo club! We are all pumped up for a new year swinging our polo sticks and I hope you enjoyed your winter break. For our team and members, the horses are eagerly awaiting your return, so don't disappoint them!

: Sorry about the downtime, things got hectic and the site got reorganized internally, but now we're back up again! The horses are taking their winterbreak essentially and we may have some things planned for the break so stay tuned.

: We have some polo matches coming up that may happen, such as us playing OSU the weekend of Halloween and some more in November. For exact dates and information, check the calendar.
We have a varsity team! Varsity days are Friday for women and Sunday for men, so they'll take priority on the riding schedule. We will have a Rules Video night tomorrow on Wednesday at 9p, information will be on the calendar as well.
It may be muddy out there, but you can always just ride without sticks.

: We have been invited to watch a game this weekend on September 27, 2-5pm at the polo club at The Vineyards at Florence up aroud Georgetown, so if you're not on the list, contact Tamar. Dues will be collected on October 5th; non-varsity is $350, varsity is $450. Fill out your forms, keep riding and have fun!

: We had our first official meeting of the semester as of yesterday, so we have begun our Fall semester officially. Recently we had gone to see a match at the Austin Polo Club, and we had an awesome time, and we appreciate the experience and the invite. We will have a schedule of our events up soon.

: Tomorrow is Polo Funday! Come out around 9a and hit some balls, get something done if you can! Also, the Polo Clinic begins next Tuesday night with some polo videos we will be watching (so you newbs can get some idea of how it is done). We will be holding the actual practices at our club on Wednesday 5/20 and Thursday 5/21, where we will have two-a-day practices (morning and afternoon). Be ready for some polo!

: We have new polo shirts and hats, and they are selling out fast. Since we now are officially moved to the new place, we can start educating the new members about the rules of polo. More information soon to come. The new ranch requires liability forms, so if you do not sign the form, you cannot ride. Take note! If you want to join the polo club, come to our meetings on Mondays at 8pm. For more information, call one of the officers.

: We will be moving the ponies to their new home on Friday, so help us move some stuff and come out on Thursday around 5pm, load up your car and drop some of it off. Polo on the Prairie is this weekend, so we plan to leave sometime Friday and come back either Saturday or Sunday, it will be fun! Make sure to check the riding schedule every week.

: The site is once again beginning to update! No longer shall you come to the site and sigh, for there is nothing new. In order words: success! The rest of the site shall be updated once the updated information is known. In actual news, we are moving from one place to another - once we have settled on prices and time, our new location shall be known to you. Polo on the Prairie May 1st through that weekend, so make some time, it'll be fun!
August 27, 2008 : UT Polo is ready to start up another school year. We've had a productive summer with the addition of 3 new horses to our string and a number of new saddles and mallets. We are looking forward to meeting our new freshmen and welcoming our other new members. So far we have games scheduled with Texas Tech and Oklahoma State. More to come soon!

On April 21st, we would like to invite our family and friends to our annual spring fundraiser match. Please join us for an amazing afternoon of polo, great country food and great company.
